IACC enters into Affinity Partnerships with organizations that (1) provide products and services to conference centers; (2) regularly provide IACC-members with special offerings, discounts, premiums and/or incentives on one or more products or services,* and (3) subscribe to IACC's Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.

For just $2,750 a year, you can become an IACC Affinity Partner. Here are the key features and benefits you will enjoy:

1. IACC endorses products and services of Affinity Partners and supports that endorsement with the distinctive Affinity Partner logo shown here. We encourage partners to take advantage of this logo in their promotions to members.*
2. IACC displays your organization's logo in the Affinity Partner Directory on our website. From the directory, users can link to any Affinity Partner's complimentary page on IACC Online. Once there, they may employ the live link to your independent website (value: $1,000).
3. Each year IACC supports Affinity Partner membership with a special section of the Global Membership Directory. We print a 1/6-page description of your organization's products and services, and we offer you the opportunity to purchase expanded listings and/or advertising (value: $600).
4. To further promote our Affinity Partners, IACC publishes the logo of each organization three times per year in digital newsletters that we distribute to all members. From the logo listing, readers can link directly to your descriptive page on IACC Online (value: $1,200).
5. IACC includes only Affinity Partners in a "Directory of Products and Services" that runs in each regular issue of our newsletter. Partners may choose up to three categories under which their listing will appear (value: $250). 
6. IACC grants Affinity Partners the exclusive right to join complimentary banner rotations at the top of the page for the Allied Suppliers Directory on our website (value: $600).
7. IACC recognizes Affinity Partners during each annual meeting, and we offer one complimentary conference registration to each partner's organization (value: $995).
8. IACC gives every Affinity Partner the opportunity to display materials on half of a six-foot table reserved exclusively for their use and located in a high-traffic area at each annual meeting (approx. 2 x 3 area; value: $500).
9. At your request, IACC will provide up to two mailing lists of conference center members each year. We recommend that you take advantage of this exclusive offering to promote specials available only to IACC members. (IACC policy does not permit us to release member e-mail addresses; value: $150).
